From saving comes having．富有来自节约。
这是一句倒装句。为了强调saving的重要性而把它提到前面。正常的词序应该是Having comes from saving。Saving与having只差开头一个辅音，其余都相同，这样有意识地连用两个动名词，更能突出重点，读起来也富有节奏感。
